Truly one of the best car buying experiences we have had. Our salesman, Chris D. was extremely helpful, courteous, and to the point, no games. The other staff were nice in our limited interaction with them and when we went into the financing office everything was quick, easy, explained well and had no issues there. The dealership itself seems nice, clean and modern. It was a pleasant surprise that they offered lifetime oil changes even on their used vehicles. More

Went in to see about options of trade in and to try and get a similar payment to what I had. Hammy and the Finance team were super helpful and able to barely increase my payment along with upgrading me fro get a similar payment to what I had. Hammy and the Finance team were super helpful and able to barely increase my payment along with upgrading me from a Truck with 100,000 miles to one with 16,000. The entire experience was comfortable and smooth. Would definitely recommend friends and family stop by when they are in the market and to Especially go see Hammy to get great customer service. More

I requested the 50,000 check and told that service doesn't exist anymore, altho I received a card in the mail stating my car was due for this process. The cabin filter had not been changed, as requ doesn't exist anymore, altho I received a card in the mail stating my car was due for this process. The cabin filter had not been changed, as requested on work order so car had to be taken back to shop area. Ionization was not done as requested due to insects in the cars interior. Was told Palm Coast Ford no longer does this service and I can take my car to the car wash. The overall service was good, but lower than previous appointments. More
