Years ago you could pull in for a oil change and be in and out in 1 hour or less. If it was super busy that day you could just come back another day when it was not busy. Now we make appointments when the and out in 1 hour or less. If it was super busy that day you could just come back another day when it was not busy. Now we make appointments when they say they have time available to service your car. That when you arrive they tell you what's an hour and 45 minutes even with the appointment. A lot of other customers in the waiting area were very upset for the long Waits. More
