I do not believe it was normal. I believe that if I took a brand new F150 out on a test drive, I could not reproduce the noise. I will probably be bringing my truck back for another check of the transmission noise. More

Service advisors are wonderful and nice but for billionaire company they should have a ford tech always in their shop. I booked my appointment and then had to reschedule it because they don’t have billionaire company they should have a ford tech always in their shop. I booked my appointment and then had to reschedule it because they don’t have a ford tech. Then once my car was in for a recall it was only suppose to take a day the mose two. Well, my car was just sitting in the parking lot for 5 days and on the 6 day they worked on it and I got it that day. Hopefully they will be organized when it comes to scheduling for service because I wish I kept my car for those 5 days instead of driving a horrible rental. Love the service people tho they will put a smile on your face. :) More
