Jim expedited the ordering process and kept me informed of the manufacturing progress. The vehicle was delivered while Jim was on vacation but he very kindly came in to complete paperwork and review the vehicle with me. You cannot ask for better service than that. The service staff, parts staff and shuttle drivers I have had contact with over the last eight years are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend Palm Coast Ford and its staff. More

I took my 2019 Edge in for a transmission service at 94,000 miles. The recommended service interval is 150,000 miles. I stay ahead of service to ensure my vehicles are in top working condition. Palm Coa 94,000 miles. The recommended service interval is 150,000 miles. I stay ahead of service to ensure my vehicles are in top working condition. Palm Coast Ford refused to perform the service stating my transmission was slipping and that changing the fluid could result in failure. I looked this condition up on Google and found a Technical Service bulletin that recommended reprogramming the PCM to address this concern. When I questioned the service advisor about reprogramming he stated my vehicle was not one of the ones this TSB pertained to( it is by build date). I stated I would pay for the reprogram and service. He tried to transfer me to the person that schedules this for them. I hung up. I had already waited 3 weeks for this appointment and decided I was not willing to reschedule. Additionally, I ran into a similar situation with an F150. I just traded it in for a Toyota. I guess I might be forced to do it with the Edge also. Terrible service and lack of concern for my patronage. More
This is the second time that I take my car to be serviced at the Palm Coast dealer, and both times I’ve been disappointed by the sloppy and disarrayed state that my car was in when picking it up. This raises at the Palm Coast dealer, and both times I’ve been disappointed by the sloppy and disarrayed state that my car was in when picking it up. This raises serious concerns about a supervisor MAKING SURE that the customer is treated with respect. I had high hopes about this time, but unfortunately my experience was as disappointing as the first time. The first thing I noticed when picking up my car was a big mess on the floor ( dust and debris from the job they performed), my seat covers were removed( I don’t know why) and were put back in a VERY SLOPPY way, the passenger’s seat and headrest were moved (again, I don’t see why they did that) and left disarrayed. I was extremely upset about careless job and decided to leave BUT as I was driving I noticed that the piece that had been replaced was falling off ( literally) and had to turn back and let Josh Polo know about it. He apologized for the lack of quality control on his part and took the car to the shop for them to FINISH the job. I expected better job for the price I was charged which by the way, went from $418 to $506. I REALLY hope that any of the big guys addresses this issue to prevent other customers from encountering the same lack of care they show when working on the cars. I appreciate the friendly and polite service when you talk to the guys in the office, BUT I can’t recommend this dealership as a place for a good experience when talking your car to be serviced. More
