Yikes! Water was leaking onto the carpets on both the front and back passenger side of my 2013 Kia Soul. They were soaking wet after a 4 hour drive with t Water was leaking onto the carpets on both the front and back passenger side of my 2013 Kia Soul. They were soaking wet after a 4 hour drive with the a/c running. I took it to Palm Coast Ford where I purchased it. They called in a “water specialist” and he found the problem almost immediately. The line for the water condensation was clogged up with leaves and debris. He cleaned out the line, dumped all the excess water, wet vac’d the carpets and dried them as best they could in the short time that I had. The only thing I needed to do is put a fan on them and then let them dry out completely. It took several days. I’m so happy it was a minor fix. (After researching it I discovered it is not an uncommon occurrence even though I had never heard of it before). Thank you to the mechanic (Andy?) who took the time to explain it all to me and answer my questions. Removing the mysteries of auto mechanics really helps this 75 year old woman.
