Both individuals were proficient in doing their job, which allow us to close on the sale and out the door in about 1 1/2 hours. This included a test drive of the vehicle, changing insurance from an older car to a newer one. Car was prepared and ready when all the paper work was completed. One complaint and that was the amount of papers I had to sign. I have purchase many new cars and cannot remember ever signing so many documents, such "Vehicle Air Pollution Control Statement" and "Follow Us on Facebook". I am of the few who do not have a Facebook account. Anyway, this process should be shorten. More
