Buying a car whether new or preowned has always been a nightmare. Charles , Mike and 'Congo' especially (but all the employees) were friendly, helpful, attentive to our questions but not at all pushy at P nightmare. Making a decision on the model and price has always a very lenghty process for us. We still were able to take our time and never felt we must sign the deal right then without sleeping on it. Other dealerships have always said "if we meet your price on trade and options will you buy today". I would recommend all our friends and relatives to this dealship. Both Charles and Mike are rated as Master Salesman and took great pride in explaining the workings of all the options and answering all our questions. I'm sure that I will be seeing them regularly and stop in to say Hi when having our truck serviced. I had some major problems with my Ford Ranger truck and took it to Palm Coast Ford to get it fixed. The service department was helpful and courteous and made every effort to help correct my problems.
