First Time Visit In summary, I left there NOT trusting this service station. The service tech was clear that they would charge me for a "diagnostic" service, even if In summary, I left there NOT trusting this service station. The service tech was clear that they would charge me for a "diagnostic" service, even if they were not able to fix the problem. He promised to call me with a quote to fix the issue, and he NEVER CALLED. He never called me with a quote, instead I was forced to reach out to him after almost 4 hours. He was EXTREMELY difficult to contact, and did not respond to my text or calls. I finally got a hold of someone else who promised to contact the tech (Dave) personally and would have him call me. When he finally called me, he had no information. Not until near the end of the day did he have a recommendation....a $900 fix. I did not believe that he had found the actual problem, and that he was simply trying to generate business. I did NOT trust him nor felt that he was confident in the fix. I will NOT likely return to this site, and would not recommend this place to anyone I know. More

Problem not resolved. Good Experience Dave Kollar was helpful and listened to my problem, however the Ford service department and Factory could not recreate my problem on my 2018 Ford Esca Dave Kollar was helpful and listened to my problem, however the Ford service department and Factory could not recreate my problem on my 2018 Ford Escape just SHUTTING DOWN AND LOSING ALL POWER WHILE DRIVING! This happened twice, once on the highway doing 75mph and another time on a local street while turning at an intersection. Imagine the fear of a vehicle just shutting down while doing 75mph. Needless to say I will not be taking this vehicle back and will be ordering another vehicle. More

Good work and quickly done It was just an oil change and a tire rotation but it was done quickly and easily. The process to pick up and drop off is very easy with no lines. They call me to ask about additional services they recommend and email me to let me know it was ready for pickup. They bring the vehicle up front when picking up. I have had no issues with this dealer and I believe they do everything they can to make it easy. More

Even though I was there for a service appointment for my car, my daughter’s salesperson stopped by to chat. There were a couple of other service people who greeted and took my information before I saw Mr. Eichinger, but I did not notice their names. I did not see Mr. L’Heureux yesterday, but he usually stops to talk with me/us as do other sales and service personnel. The efficient part goes without saying as they always manage to take care of any issues we might have with our vehicles in a timely manner! More
