Ford Has a better idea I went for routine oil & filter change, tire rotation, and 75,000 check-up. The oil was taken care of, and the tires were rotated. A tire lug was br I went for routine oil & filter change, tire rotation, and 75,000 check-up. The oil was taken care of, and the tires were rotated. A tire lug was broken as one wheel was removed. There would be a several-hour delay in getting the part. I decided to return two days later. The part was replaced & I was on my way. The communication between myself & service adviser Tom Hart was great. He is excellent at keeping the customer informed. He was as valuable as the mechanic. I brought my car in to be checked since we are going on a trip, however a few days before, I left a package of chicken legs in the car and they fell u I brought my car in to be checked since we are going on a trip, however a few days before, I left a package of chicken legs in the car and they fell underneath the seat causing a terrible smell. the odor got into the carpets so they put an ozone machine on it which took a couple of days. They did not give up until the problem was taken care of. Robert Eichinger also suggested I bring the car in again for a cleaning just to make sure. I have to say I am very satisfied with the service. More
