I was just disappointed there wasn't a courtesy wash like at my former Ford dealer. Also was told everything looks good but they are going to start recommending tires due to the age. When I got home and looked over the paperwork, it showed tires were damaged. Recommended new tires and alignment. Felt I was rushed out. But I guess at least they didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. More

Super place to do Business at! Since 2005 Palm Coast has been servicing my cars that I bought from them, all ten of them! New car sales, service, and every first Tuesday they host a Car meet! Friendly and professional you bet! Do they make a mistake? Not very often but they correct it very fast if they do. I think that happened twice in 13 years, very minor. And I am very appreciative that they welcome me there to just drink coffee and have a donut or two. Or maybe a hotdog, yep in the service department they have hotdogs around lunch time. Seriously though Palm Coast FORD treats you right. Rare today, bt not there. More
