Service department Took my car here last week because of it acting up and I want to thank Robert Eichinger for all his help and understanding. I am at their service area and upset because my car is acting weird and Robert made sure he took EVERY step possible to help me. He definitely made me feel like he cared and He really went above and beyond to help figure out what was wrong with my car and never made me feel like he just pushed it to the side. a little disappointed They didn't seem to check the air filter since it needed changing was pretty dirty. .However they did say i needed an alignment and balancing.
