I made an appoint for 8 AM on 11/6. Dropped my vehicle off and left it. Called around 3:30 pm and was told that they did not get to it. Needless to say I left very frustrated and will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. More

Service took too long to complete. It was for an oil change, tire rotation, and fluid top off. Three hours is just too long for service. Wasn't very satisfied with that.
