I have been using Palm since my first trip to Ocala in early 2010. I turned in my Malibu for a Cruze & Dave Mountain made the deal painless. Joe, in the service department, was courteous and got the job done in a timely manner and I was on my way in less than 45 minutes. The Lounge area was clean, the chairs were comfortable and as I walked in th job done in a timely manner and I was on my way in less than 45 minutes. We had to contact GM roadside on Saturday because our year old Equinox would not start, no power, radio et. It was towed to Palm Chevrolet at 7:30 on Monday and serviced by Donald Smith.
