$1000 Repair Center I have been here for my last time. It's not only me. I listen to all of the service advisor talking to the other customers. Every repair, no matter wh I have been here for my last time. It's not only me. I listen to all of the service advisor talking to the other customers. Every repair, no matter what they bring it in for, is $1000 or better. I went in for front right brake pad squeak. They wanted $400 just for the front pads. Then they said I should replace the rear at the same time (even though I checked them and they had over 5cm left). They wanted $350 for those. Then they said do the rotors too. That was another $1000. They are a rip off!! Stay far away from them and warn all of your friends to do the same. I could not find the rakes pads at any other store or any website for over $150. They charged me $250 and then 2 .5hrs of labor, shop supplies etc etc. They are the worst rip off!!! Be warned to stay away!!!! More

The customer service was great it was a positive environment to walk into. I was assisted right on the spot; the employee Donald Smith helped me find what was wrong with my 2000 Pontiac grand am. Purchased from Will Smith a 2011 Chevy Cruze in April, 2011. Today 2/7/2012 had first oil change plus inspection and Donald Smith was the service advisor. I found Donald to be one of the nicest and wholesome young men I have ever met or dealt with inside a car dealership. He seemed genuinely concerned about me, not just my car, and that goes a long way for a snowbird. I wish there were more men like Don in this world. He is a man able to make all the difference. He is about the age of my own son, and sure has his life put together much better than my son does....I wish my son was more like him....He IS a true asset to Palm Chevrolet! More

When I made the appointment, Don told me to ask for him when I arrived which I did. He said it would take about 1 hour and directed me to the lounge for coffee and donuts. I have taken my 2008 Impala SS into this dealer on 5 previous occasions. This time taking it in for the same issue, stalling while turning or accelerating. They never could find the problem and always s previous occasions. This time taking it in for the same issue, stalling while turning or accelerating. They never could find the problem and always said don't worry about it. Last week it went crazy coming back from Georgia dinging and unlocking and locking the doors, instrument panel going crazy engine intermittently cutting off. They finally found the problem. Seems that the starter was arcing against an aftermarket CAI or Cold Air Induction Kit manufacturered by a company that is dealing directly with GM on their product. Long story short I got accussed of installing an aftermarket part that sits still!!! The starter solenoid bolt jumps over and taps the box shorting out the ECM causing the intermittent stalling issue. So fix it, we can't they exclaim because I have an aftermarket air box and they wouldn't bother to pick up the phone and call GMPP the extended warranty folks to inquire about doing it under warranty. Just blame the owner and blame the box. Took it to my mechanic for a second opinion, he goes to return it to stock airbox and now the car wouldn't start. So he has to jump off the ECM to get it to start and tells me to take it back to them to fix/replace as the ECM is faulty since its not grounding, however it was with the big bad aluminum box that was in it. Took it back and the tech Ray has the nerve to stand there and say SO, what do you want me to do about it? I don't know it would be a great place to open up a Chevrolet dealer and a service department and put service back into the Service department. I wouldn't trust these crooks with changing a spark plug. I've been lied to so many times about verifiable things that they claim were wrong with the car and then taken somewhere else nothing is wrong. They don't want to do warranty work because they don't make any money, they would rather charge the customer the big bucks for it and pass the buck onto something more obvious than the root cause of the problem. I would never step foot in this dealership again!!! I've owned Chevrolets for as long as I've driven and I've never and I repeat never have had such horrible customer service and treatment than I've had in dealing with an issue that they could never find and now blame on something else entirely to shirk the responsibility of fixing the car. You know when you take it in for service and actually expect it to be serviced. Don't expect that here at Palm Chevrolet. I wouldn't trust them with a lawnmower let alone buy anything from them ever again. More
