I was very pleasantly surprised.....when the mechanic road with me, he was able to diagnose the problem right away. I don't remember the mechanics name but I hope he sees this because he was wonderful. On our short drive he explained the issues I was experiencing with my car and explained what was going to happen. And made the whole process a lot easier to understand. And the shuttle driver was wonderful as well, offering to go out of his was to help me and pick me back up. More

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I BOUGHT A BRAND NEW OFF THE LOT SUBURBAN FROM PALM. FIRST FREE OIL CHANGE WITH AN APT WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE AT LEAST A 3 HOUR WAIT FOR OIL CHANGE AFTE I BOUGHT A BRAND NEW OFF THE LOT SUBURBAN FROM PALM. FIRST FREE OIL CHANGE WITH AN APT WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE AT LEAST A 3 HOUR WAIT FOR OIL CHANGE AFTER WAITING AN HOUR TO BE CHECKED IN. ASKED IF THE SHUTTLE COULD DROP MYSELF WITH MY 3 CHILDREN OFF AT TARGET, WAS TOLD NO. THEY DONT OFFER THAT ON A SATURDAY?!? TODAY MY KEY FOB IS NOT WORKING, THIS DEALER TOLD ME AT ANYTIME WHILE UNDER WARRANTY I COULD GET A NEW FOB,( BY DOMINICK) WHEN CALLING TODAY, FELICIA TELLS ME I HAVE TO WAIT AND A TECH MUST INSPECT MY KEY FOB BEFORE WARRANTY. TODAY THEY ARE SO BUSY IT COULD BE A FEW HOURS OF WAITING,,, THIS DEALER DIDN'T WAIT HOURS TO CLEAR MY CHECK WHEN I BOUGHT THIS 75,000.00 THOUSAND DOLLAR VEHICLE. NONE OF THE SERVICE WRITERS ARE POLITE TO CUSTOMERS, SEEMS AS IF THEY ARE ONLY THERE FOR A PAYCHECK!! THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN OCALA... Truck Stolen and Dealership didn't care My dad has bought two brand new trucks from Palm within the last 5 years. Service department is the worst I have ever heard of. One time my dad brought his truck in for service and picked it up. Next day he sees hes missing some lug nuts. He checks them and they put his wheels back on HAND TIGHT! Brings the truck back in and the service department blows it off but did put new lug nuts on. They were also nice enough to leave Black grease hand prints all over the inside of the cab. My Dad brought in his truck for a recall, leaves it on a Friday and on Monday gets a call is truck had been stolen. Palm claims they have video and everything. Once the police show up and my dad they then claim they don't have video. But this gets better! First they tell my dad they don't even know WHAT DAY IT WAS STOLEN!! Plus they left my dads truck UNLOCKED WITH THE KEYS IN IT! The truck was left in their care and supervision and in their "secure lot". After all that they tell my dad its "Its not their problem, they don't have their own insurance, and that he will have to go through his insurance". The truck was found days later with everything cleaned out of it, papers, batteries, hundreds of dollars of tools, floor mats, my dads buck knife he was given as a kid, and his recently passed mothers key ring. At least left the strongest smell of smoke I have ever smelled. Still the dealership says its not their problem. Finally they offer to give him floor mats and a small check to cover some of the tools. Its been over a month and still no check or floor mats. Do not go here! Unless you want a wheel to fall off or your truck stolen. More
Above and Beyond I have been dealing with your dealership for many years and have bought several vehicles to include 2 Tahoes, 1 Corvette, 1 HHR, and just recently a 2 I have been dealing with your dealership for many years and have bought several vehicles to include 2 Tahoes, 1 Corvette, 1 HHR, and just recently a 2018 Traverse Premier. Paul Geisen has always been my service advisor until he was promoted to Service Manager. On Monday, November 27th, I ran over a pot hole next to the Panera Bread parking lot which blew my left front tire on my Cadillac XTS. I was stranded with the tire completely ruined and no spare available. I walked directly across Highway 200 to the Tire Kingdom, approximately 100 yards from my car to see if they could replace the tire. They indicated they could only replace the tire if I had my car towed across the street or took the wheel and tire off myself and brought it to their store. I then walked over to your dealership and saw Paul in the service department. I explained my situation to him and before even asking for help he volunteered to drive next door to Panera Bread with a jack and remove the wheel and replace the tire. Approximately 40 minutes later I was back on the road. Though through the years I have only dealt with Paul on automotive service issues, he went out of his way to make me feel more like his friend than a customer. Its employees like him that make me feel good about buying vehicles from your dealership. You can trust I will continue to buy and service my vehicles at your dealership as long as you have people like Paul on your staff. More

lure you in w/ low prices and then slap you absurd prices these guys are liars. they lure you in with reasonable prices, and then slap you with a ridiculous price. I needed injector recalibration on my 2007 silverado 3500 classic truck with the lbz motor after i replaced my injectors and i needed a turbo relearn procedure done as well. the first service guy complete ignored me and never returned my call. the next guy who i have delt with twice- first quoted me $267. then he said that if i had all of the injector codes written down and only needed to input the numbers into my ecm then it was only 1 hour shop charge plus tax for a total of $142 and change. so i asked him to get me an exact quote and then came back to tell me $399.87 with "supply fees"... what supply fees? are your master scanners now disposable? then he tells me that its a fee that needs to be added. this is my 3rd bad experience with this dealership... my first 2 experiences were back to back with getting the same truck aligned- a whole other story that i wont write about.... If anyone needs diesel services, take your truck to the competition. More

I had my car taken to the dealership because i was unable to drive it. While my car was waiting to be seen i asked if i could have a loaner if it needed to be there overnight. I was told the owner does not allow this because "one person ruined it for everyone" Once i found out my car needed many repairs and wouldn;t be one until the following afternoon i had called the manager to ask if i was able to get a loaner. i told him i used to go to Wildwood and they gave me a loaner every time i came in. He said they do offer a shuttle to and from the dealership in a 10 mile radius and they would see what they could do. i then get a call a couple hours later from the man helping me with my service and he lists everything i "needed" done and tells me if i get everything done, i can get a loaner. Some of the things i needed was a tune up, oil change (i just had one done there a month ago) and a new wiper. After a ridiculous total i told them no i would not get all of that done plus the repairs needed. Once my car was done i asked for the shuttle. i was told the shuttle driver left at 2:00, it was 2:15. i told the service man that the manager told me i would get this. finally after an hour and a half of him :asking his manager" he picked me up. I will never be back here. i could not believe how unprofessional it was. I will be driving from Ocala to Wildwood for any work on my car even an oil change. More
