Terrible Customer Service This place was unprofessional and did not take care of their customers. i am beyond disappointed and do not recommend anyone going here. I had my car taken to the dealership because i was unable to drive it. While my car was waiting to be seen i asked if i could have a loaner if it needed to be there overnight. I was told the owner does not allow this because "one person ruined it for everyone" Once i found out my car needed many repairs and wouldn;t be one until the following afternoon i had called the manager to ask if i was able to get a loaner. i told him i used to go to Wildwood and they gave me a loaner every time i came in. He said they do offer a shuttle to and from the dealership in a 10 mile radius and they would see what they could do. i then get a call a couple hours later from the man helping me with my service and he lists everything i "needed" done and tells me if i get everything done, i can get a loaner. Some of the things i needed was a tune up, oil change (i just had one done there a month ago) and a new wiper. After a ridiculous total i told them no i would not get all of that done plus the repairs needed. Once my car was done i asked for the shuttle. i was told the shuttle driver left at 2:00, it was 2:15. i told the service man that the manager told me i would get this. finally after an hour and a half of him :asking his manager" he picked me up. I will never be back here. i could not believe how unprofessional it was. I will be driving from Ocala to Wildwood for any work on my car even an oil change. More

Our service contact was Issac and he had set us up with our service concerns. In the interim, we found Willie our sales guy and he gave us a great deal on a great car, another Traverse, a great trade and we ended up with a lease for 3 years and our monthly is down to less than what we were paying on the 2011 Traverse, which we had a few months left to pay. A deal we couldn't walk away from. So far, we have nothing but good thoughts about our new Chevy dealer here in FL. We are now residents of FL from PA where we bought and were serviced by Lawrence Chevy in Mechanicsburg, PA More

These are the people that give car dealerships a bad name. Unfortunately my car was towed there and I didn't have a choice but to have it fixed there, and they knew it and took full advantage of that. They charged more than double for the job, I called several other Chevrolet dealers to double check their pricing, I even showed them a copy of a work order from another GM dealer showing how much the job should cost, they ignored it and said "that's what we charge", even though the other GM dealers said it shouldn't be that much. After all this we got the car home and it STILL wasn't correct! Finally got it to our regular mechanic, he corrected what they didn't and told us how bad they were at Palm and he is always repairing their work for customers. Palm Chevrolet is the single worst dealership / service department I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They are the reason people call the dealerships, "Stealerships"! Please read other reviews and you'll see this is true. More

Don't come here! I took my Corvette in for new tires and the rims cam back severely gouged. The dealership refused to replace them and insisted on refinishing them. I asked to speak to the GM in the hopes of obtaining some kind of extended warranty on the refinished rims and was politely told to " take the top off of that car and enjoy your vehicle." After driving a bit I noticed a vibration and am still waiting for the dealership to make it right. This process started on January 22nd and has not yet been resolved. Very disappointed as I am a Corvette enthusiast and take immaculate care of my vehicle. I would stay away from this dealership. More

Half the paper work was done over the phone, which was great. Neil Stefani was so confident that he had us the best price and car within our range, it became a supernatural experience. It worked out so smoothly and we were enlightened by Mr. Neil concerning knowledge that was not explained clearly by many others.
