The woman scheduling is so rude. This is not the only incident. The last two appointments took almost 3 hours to get an oil change. More

Received a call from Wayne today at 3PM. He stated that there was indeed a billing issue and is willing to refund the over payment. Given that he reached out and wants to make it right with me, it restores my faith with this dealer. Nice job guys!
