I was there for a simple oil change with an 8 o’clock appointment at 10:30 i went to the service advisor to ask how much longer as i needed to leave at 11 . To start with the appointment was setup on the wrong day even though they were told there was a doctors appointment that day. They scheduled it a week later and were very fast but talked with another custo even though they were told there was a doctors appointment that day.
