The first person I dealt with in-service was Brian he seemed like he did not care about the problem that I was describing to him that was happening to my vehicle. Franchesca is always attentive and helpf seemed like he did not care about the problem that I was describing to him that was happening to my vehicle. Franchesca is always attentive and helpful to make a long story short. My car was making weird noises I came in for an oil change was told by brian that they didn’t have time to check out the other problem unless I left my vehicle. Franchesca assured me that the noise would be checked out. I got an oil change tire rotation, and after I left the dealership my vehicle was making very loud noises and started smoking after a few miles down the road I pulled over called the dealership. Franchesca was very helpful. My vehicle had to be towed back and I was charged an outrageous amount of money even though I had a warranty that was supposed to cover, the problem the warranty company did pay for what I believed to be a reasonable amount, but the dealership was charging me. Outrageous prices when I looked up the average cost of the repair was nowhere near the price that I was being charged. I feel like the dealership was taking the warranty money and charging me way more than the usual price. My hands were tied. There was no way for me to get my truck back unless I paid the money. I feel like there is something shady happening at this dealership. More
