Great Service!! Normally I do not look forward to dealing with service dept. at any dealership, but my experience recently only left me feeling like nothing but posit Normally I do not look forward to dealing with service dept. at any dealership, but my experience recently only left me feeling like nothing but positive. Service was great, professional, personal and made me feel my car was in good hands. They went out of their way to work with me to get my service contract changed to their location, kept in connect with me throughout the day and kept me updated on my car's service. I left satisfied that I was handled fairly and my car was wonderfully fixed. Thank you!!! More

He advised me of my wait time and I also had a concern about some body work I had done elsewhere ( I wish I brought it to Palm) Issac had the body shop come to the service area and look at the issue. Chev. has been very good, but I have to say Glenn is the best. He always listens and returns with answers. He is personable and his mannerisms shows sympathy when he gives me the bill-which is often times pretty reasonable unless it's a major issue, ie, tires due for change. Thank you!!! More
