This was my first and last experience with the service department. I initially scheduled an appointment online for a Saturday drop-off in June. Two days later, I received a text message canceling the appo department. I initially scheduled an appointment online for a Saturday drop-off in June. Two days later, I received a text message canceling the appointment due to the need for a weekday visit and was instructed to contact a service advisor named Bobbie Sue Murphy. Despite calling daily for 3-4 days and leaving several voicemails, I never received a return call. After waiting a few weeks, I finally managed to connect with Bobbie Sue through the main service line and scheduled my appointment. Upon arrival, a courteous gentleman greeted me and escorted me inside to wait for Bobbie Sue. However, it took over 30 minutes just to get checked in. Bobbie Sue appeared to be having a bad day, and her lackluster attitude was noticeable. Once she checked me in, she promised to call later that afternoon with an update. Instead, I received a call two days later with an estimate for the repairs. When I had questions about the necessity of certain repairs, Bobbie Sue could not provide clear answers, and her attitude remained unhelpful. I ended up leaving without any repairs, except for a windshield wiper motor replacement related to a recall—though I had already replaced it a year before. I had not requested this repair. More
