I understand that they are busy, but an oil and lube service should not take two hours and forty minutes. Unless I can be assured that they are going to improve (this is the second time it has happened) service should not take two hours and forty minutes. We had a 1:20 PM appointment for an Oil and Filter Change and Tire Rotation (first service on this vehicle). We were all checked in by 1:10 PM. Our vehicle did not even enter the service bay until 2:25 PM. M and Tire Rotation (first service on this vehicle). We were all checked in by 1:10 PM. Our vehicle did not even enter the service bay until 2:25 PM. Meanwhile we saw at least 3 other vehicles that arrived later taken before ours. Our vehicle did not leave the service bay until 3:40 PM. We did not check out until 3:45 PM. Two hours and 25 minutes for a simple Oil, Filter and Tire Rotation is INCREDIBLY BAD SERVICE! We will definitely NOT BE RETURNING to Palm for any future Oil changes. More

Your service department employees are great to work with. I do miss Michael Amey, but John Degroot is great as well.
