We had to tell the finance manager go back what was that? and how much is that additionally? Unless you ask for a printed copy of what you signed it’s given to you on a USB. When he printed just the contract I said I also want the Gap info & the additional warranty. So he then printed that too and no folder to place docs in. He said I need the title of vehicle purchased and I when I came back to give to him he had a client and said give it to the sales rep of which the sales rep said ohh you give it to him. I said he said give it to you. This will be the last vehicle I buy from this dealer. I didn’t like be rushed in the contract area. He said one price for a warranty but then later on the printed copy it was several hundred of dollars more. He never showed the screen of pricing for us to select I just took his word for it, looking back at that transaction I was bambuzzled there. More

My appointment was to have a special coating applied to my Traverse. When I arrived, Maria was ready for me, and I was on my way in a courtesy car within 15 minutes. They installed a bedliner, and tonneau cover on my new truck. Excellent job!!!! Prior to this install, I needed the step rails on the truck so I could get in. Got to said dealer on time around 7:45 am. It took almost 7 hours to do a diagnostic on the transmission, service, and put in a new battery. THAT IS NUTS!!!! Then the cost was also crazy!
