3 hours for a scheduled oil change is not what I paid a service fee for. I can do it in 15 mins at home. About to cancel this part. My new battery was replacing my other new battery. On the way home I heard a noise. After investigating the sound I found a metal bracket with 2 bolts sitting next to my windshield wiper. Then when On the way home I heard a noise. After investigating the sound I found a metal bracket with 2 bolts sitting next to my windshield wiper. Then when I opened up the hood the red rubber flap was not pushed down in the battery either. This is inexcusable. Apparently no one is double checking the mechanics work. They deserve 0 stars. More

Although they would drive me home so I didn't have to wait there, they could not pick me up. Of course it was for a recall and then of course highly recommended I replace the wiper blades, which not onl wait there, they could not pick me up.
