Service staff were very professional and accurate with the wait time for my servicing Waiting area was comfortable but had only complimentary coffee but no bagels or donuts. My previous Chevy dealership the wait time for my servicing Waiting area was comfortable but had only complimentary coffee but no bagels or donuts. My previous Chevy dealership (Bridgewater) in NJ provided an assortment of breakfast items for customers. Bridgewater also performed the same routine initial service in about half the time as Palm Chevy. More

I scheduled an appt to bring my vehicle in due to it making a noise. The noise was diagnosed, but of course, they didn’t have all of the parts. I was told the parts could be ordered and would arrive the making a noise. The noise was diagnosed, but of course, they didn’t have all of the parts. I was told the parts could be ordered and would arrive the next day. Next day comes and my vehicle is not ready. Apparently, this dealership doesn’t offer courtesy vehicles while we wait days for our cars to fixed. The following day I receive a call that my vehicle is fixed, but a different noise is heard and they are working on figuring that out. Once the new noise is diagnosed I was told that the parts were in stock, BUT it wouldn’t be fixed and ready until Monday and another $1500. Still no courtesy vehicle. Finally, my vehicle is ready for pickup on Monday, 5 days and $3700 later More
