On 5/7/25 I brought 2024 Chevy Colorado into Palm due to my radio stopped turning off automatically when the truck is turned off and the door is opened. I would have to push the power button every time I leave the truck. Even though this issue is not catastrophic, it is not the way the electronics are design to operate. Palm had my truck for two days and could not come up with a solution. My service adviser handed me a bulletin from GM stating issues that they are having with my model radio. On this bulletin, my issue is not on the list. I discussed this with my adviser. He told me this is what GM wants him to do, and sent me on my way. In my opinion this is not acceptable. Please do something about my Problem.
