Poor communication in general (service dept. ) Miscommunication from start to finish. Called me on my cel phone, could not find fob, will call you back. My Truck was in the shop for two days and they did not fix the issue with the radio. Thay just handed me a bulletin from GM that had nothing to do with the issue, and told me GM would eventually come up w fix the issue with the radio. I had an appointment for a warranty issue on my 2025 Chevy for 10:00 am. I dropped it off the night before and hadn’t heard anything by 2:30 the next day. I tried calling multiple times and it went right to this reply saying they would text me back. I replied to the text and still hadn’t heard anything an hour later. I went to the dealership and got completely blown off. I can tell you they never even looked at the car and gave me a xx story. Having been a dealer tech for 15 years I am aware of the excuses used when time management or priorities are out of whack. Use caution if you want to rely on a local dealership and this is the one you choose. Maybe if you’re a cash cow you’ll get a return call from them but don’t expect decent warranty work. More
I believe the damage to the heater hose was caused by them the last time it was in the shop to replace the heater hose. It cost $1200. I thought that was a little pricey.
