Scott Kelly did all he could to complete the repair transaction on my 2020 Colorado. but there needs to be a better line of communication between the policies of Palm Chevrolet and the people that hand transaction on my 2020 Colorado. but there needs to be a better line of communication between the policies of Palm Chevrolet and the people that handle the Chevrolet Extended Protection Plan. There needs to be a quicker release policy once an authorization has been received by Palm to do the work and release the vehicle back to the owner. More
