From the minute I walked everyone was friendly and helpful. The sales associate explained their "no haggle" pricing and helped me find just the right vehicle. Joe, in the service department, was courteous and got the job done in a timely manner and I was on my way in less than 45 minutes. We had to contact GM roadside on Saturday because our year old Equinox would not start, no power, radio et. It was towed to Palm Chevrolet at 7:30 on Monday and serviced by Donald Smith. Buying our new Camero was an awesome experience. The dealership was closed on Sunday but Roger came in, let us test drive the car and processed the paperwork.
