Problem Solvers In 2013 we had leased a new Chevrolet Cruze Eco. In less than 2 years of leasing this vehicle we had it into the service department numerous times for In 2013 we had leased a new Chevrolet Cruze Eco. In less than 2 years of leasing this vehicle we had it into the service department numerous times for recalls and part failures. This last occasion was the last straw. We brought the car in for engine issues, to find out that the engine needed to be rebuilt at 23,000 miles. We spoke to Willie Caison and got the ball rolling towards getting us out of the lemon of a car we had. Willie involved Dominick, a sales manager, who also worked with us to get the problem resolved. At first glance, GM/Chevrolet did not want to take responsibility for the problematic car we had leased, but with the hard work from Palm Chevrolet's sales team, GM/Chevy finally saw fit to make things right. In the end, we were able to trade out of the Cruze and into a new 2015 Trax for a bit of a higher payment than we wanted, but it was the deal nonetheless. Willie and the entire sales team at Palm Chevrolet are to be commended for their persistent effort to customer satisfaction, and continued professionalism, even when things got a bit heated. Job Well Done! More
