The dealership was reccomended by my brother. He is retired from GM. He purchased his new vehicle from Palm Chevrolet. The first gentleman we saw due to my brothers reccomendation was Jason. He was sup retired from GM. He purchased his new vehicle from Palm Chevrolet. The first gentleman we saw due to my brothers reccomendation was Jason. He was super nice to us. He then turned us over to Mike as soon as he learned what vehicles we were interested in. Mike was kind courteous and not at all pushy with us. He worked out serveral quotes for us on different vehicles. We were not sure if we would buy or lease. Because of our budget at this time we took advantage a open end lease on a 2013 Chevrolet Malibu. It is a beauty. We also drove a Impala and loved it also. The comfort and handling of the Malibu was a great fit for my wife and the price for the monthly payments were perfect. Mike was so anxious to make our purchase and time there a pleasue he ask if we would like some water or coffee, which we took him up on. He is a super guy and we laughed and when we left we felt like old friends. His professionalism and concern over our comfort was apparent. He knew the products and did all he could to make us happy for making a purchase with Palm. We will certainly reccomend them to our friends and the rest of the family. We would also like to mention that the finance manager Richard was equally as friendly and help to go through the process of signing all the paperwork as required. Went to trade my car for a truck they had. They told me from the very beginning that they have changed to this "no-haggle" dealership similar to CarMax. They said they would be fair on my car and theirs. from the very beginning that they have changed to this "no-haggle" dealership similar to CarMax. They said they would be fair on my car and theirs. After waiting for more than 30 minutes to have the salesperson come back they offered me $7,000 less than Kelley Blue Book, $5,000 less than Edmunds True Market Value and $6,000 less than the average sales price of vehicles similar to mine on Autotrader and around the Ocala area. They also wanted $2,000 more than Edmunds True Market Value's RETAIL price!! This is the same hated dealership that it has always been. It is actually worse now because they won't even negotiate on their extremely unfair prices. I would never recommend anyone buy from this dealership. They look to take advantage of the old people who don't care about getting a fair price. BUYER BEWARE! More

Went to the dealership just looking. Had a Jeep Liberty that we towed behind our motorhome, which was a 2004. It was time to trade and we wanted a truck with a little more storage space. We had been to several other dealers and got pricing. When we got to Palm, we were greeted and introduced to Lenny Lathrop, we explained what we needed and he was very helpful. We had wanted to look at a smaller truck, but it did not provide us the ability to tow it with a manual tranny. He then showed us the Silverado 1500. The price and the incentives were great and the vehicle loaded. We were very happy and ended up leaving the dealership with a purchased 2012 Silverado. Would recommend the dealership and the sales associate to anyone. More
