On June 1, we walked away from Palm when the price quoted us on a new Malibu was not honored. No one seemed to care.We went elsewhere & 3 hours later had a new car.(At a better price,I might add!) I emailed Palm about the way we were treated- or mistreated- and Joe Humphrey contacted us and asked that we let him try to make it right.Though we had already purchased our new car, Joe still asked us to meet with him. We did so this AM and Joe gave us a check for $1000. This was the difference b/t the price quoted us and listed on the car in the lot-versus the price that changed once we were inside.("Sale no longer on" despite hang tags on all vehicles involved 4 hours after the dealership opened ) He also gave us coupons for free warranty work on the new Malibu. Joe Humphrey did an outstanding job of righting a wrong that no one else employed at Palm seemed to care about. He is a credit to your organization and perhaps some others there could learn from his style, professionalism and good manners. (HE didn't walk in to service customers talking on a cell phone- as another employee had.) Cudos to Mr Humphrey for a job well done.This dealership needs to employ more people possessing Mr. Humphrey's good character!! More
Ed was great, once we decided to purchase our Equinox he started looking for financing. Financing on that Saturday evening did not meet what we wanted, but on the following Monday he took it upon his self started looking for financing. Financing on that Saturday evening did not meet what we wanted, but on the following Monday he took it upon his self and had the financial person look further and was able to come up with financing that worked for us. We went downn that evening and purchased the car and I love it. Great customer service. More

Palm Chevrolet has a really neat program of putting both the MSRP price AND their bottom line price in the window. You already know what the best price is so it saves all the haggling and pain of negotiation. Ed & John really bent over backward to make sure that I was happy with the whole process without putting pressure on me. dI had a problem with the air conditioner. The Dealer made an appt. for me on the same day I called. They had to order a part but told me to come back 2 days later. Ed was very helpful in finding the exact vehicle that we were interested in and was very efficient in getting us through the initial paperwork that was required.
