Went to the dealership just looking. Had a Jeep Liberty that we towed behind our motorhome, which was a 2004. It was time to trade and we wanted a truck with a little more storage space. We had been to several other dealers and got pricing. When we got to Palm, we were greeted and introduced to Lenny Lathrop, we explained what we needed and he was very helpful. We had wanted to look at a smaller truck, but it did not provide us the ability to tow it with a manual tranny. He then showed us the Silverado 1500. The price and the incentives were great and the vehicle loaded. We were very happy and ended up leaving the dealership with a purchased 2012 Silverado. Would recommend the dealership and the sales associate to anyone. More

i went to their used car lot. i had been looking at their web site. i contacted them via internet. they took my vin # and gave me a ball park on what my car was worth. i went to the dealership, the guy came web site. i contacted them via internet. they took my vin # and gave me a ball park on what my car was worth. i went to the dealership, the guy came out and looked at my car. they said they would give me 7,500. they didnt have any cars i was interested in so i left. about 1 1/2 months later i find a car i was interested in. i went back to their lot across the street. this time the rude guy came out and looked at my car. he said it was only worth 5,300. he was rude, he just threw all my stuff in the back seat, and was really rude and made snide remarks. i dont think the value of my car went down that much, it that span. the dealer fees they ask are ridiculous. they are a bunch of bullshi con artist. i would'nt recommend any one ever going to them. i plan on spreading the bad time all over the internet and wherever i can More
We were looking for a 2013 Equinox LTZ with Diamond White exterior color and navigation but had been unable to find one with all the features my wife desired. Because we had an excellent experience with Pal exterior color and navigation but had been unable to find one with all the features my wife desired. Because we had an excellent experience with Palm Chevrolet when we bought a 2010 Equinox, I contacted the Palm dealership and talked with Mike Britt. Over the next three days he worked hard finding us what we wanted, finally locating one in Tennessee. We visited Palm on Friday, August 31 and discussed the Tennessee car. Mr. Britt pointed out that he had a 2012 Equinox on the premises and that the total cost would be significantly less than the Tennessee LTZ. My wife drove it. Even though it did not have leather seats or navigation, Mike again pointed out that the OnStar system provided turn-by-turn navigation and demonstrated it to her. She also was very positive about the cloth seats (which did not cook the backs of her legs when she sat in them. In short, following the trade-in offer which was roughly $1,000 more than our previous ones, we took the car. We wanted the Xylon (sp?) finish application, so Mike suggested we go to lunch and he would have everything ready when we returned. He was as good as his word, and roughly five hours after our arrival we departed in the 2012 Equinox. All-in-all, the entire process was enjoyable, and we are completely satisfied with our treatment. Perhaps the most enjoyable part was our closing with Fernando (I cannot remember his last name). He and I are both military retired and shared out experiences with one another. It was a pleasant and memorable day. More
Outstanding experiance, Sales, F&I, Parts and service outstanding - my only - ONLY exception would be detail, the vehicle was delivered dirty (bedliner filthy) and with numerous areas on the exterior tha outstanding - my only - ONLY exception would be detail, the vehicle was delivered dirty (bedliner filthy) and with numerous areas on the exterior that were less than detailed. It was raining and that is not the issue - smudge marks, OLD water spots (from old staining run off), and cob webs are unacceptable on a 50+ thousand dollar vehicle. My experiance at Palm was 5 star and I will consider Palm over my hometown dealer again - whom I have used for 25 years. Superb experiance all the way around. On the service side I would mention to the guys at the parts counter - when a little blond asks for a demonstration of the factory DVD rear seat entertainment system and she just bought the 3rd most expensive vehicle on the lot and paid 3000 cash for accessories and add ons - you get up and come from behind the counter and SHOW HER how it works. They blew another 2 thousand dollar sale there (which I am graitful for as I did not want it). She would have purchased that system, of that, I have no doubt. I have worked in sales, wrote service and managed New car delaership parts departments throughout the course of my working life.... Your delaership is well run and your team is well put together. When I arrived at the dealership, someone greeted me immediately. Directly after that, a salesman (Christian) approached me and asked me what car I was interested in and exactly what I wanted. He did immediately. Directly after that, a salesman (Christian) approached me and asked me what car I was interested in and exactly what I wanted. He did not try to sell me something I didn't want. He took the time to find out exactly what I wanted in a car and when they didn't have the exact car on the lot, he took the time to locate the car for me. He explained all of the options to me and was pleasant to deal with in the process. More
