A Chevy Dealership That Cares I visited Palm Chevy for service on my 2011 Chevy Silverado 3500. The dealer noticed a leak from the transmission & corrected it under warranty. In addition they performed the ignition recall on my 2011 Chevy Impala while I was there. My service writer, Glen McCorvy was polite & helpful & seemed to be genuinely concerned that I had a great service experience. One concern I had in the past was that the Service Mgr. Don Smith had left the dealership. I was very happy to see that his son, don Smith III had replaced him. The son, Don III, has been with Palm Chevy for 21 years according to the decal on his door. Don talked with me & asked me about my experience at the dealership. As far as I am concerned, this will be my dealer for the rest of my life. I moved to Ocala from New Jersey about a year ago, & I was very worried that I would not find a dealer as good as the one I had in NJ. Well, Palm Chevy is a great replacement! More
