Just for a test drive We had not received Full Approval through our bank so we ventured into the dealership to just poke around and test drive a few vehicles. We poked around, test drove, and ended up buying (through our bank- as Palm is a Direct seller for them). We dealt with three different gentlemen (Thom, Chris, and the smell good finance guy with two little boys)- all of which were stellar in service and fielding all our demands and questions (which believe me there were plenty!) In the end, we got the vehicle we originally wanted with all but one desired option (Tinting the front windows---which you can have done elsewhere cheaper and then they all match). It was our smoothest car buying experience yet! Thank you!!! More

Second Car for work After a year of being retired I decided to go back to work. Even though I wasn't going to start my job until March or April, my husband and I decided to start looking for the right vehicle for me. Neil Stefani greeted us with a friendly smile and even though we told him that we wouldn't be buying until I start work, he took the time to show us the cars that we indicated we were interested in. We found the perfect car in a pre owned Chevy Equinox but didn't think we could qualify for a loan until I started work. Long story short, Neil didn't pressure us to buy, however, since we found the perfect car for us, he encouraged us to at least see if a purchase could be worked out. His product knowledge was superior and he was thorough and very detailed in covering all aspects of the unit. After the sale he was fantastic in setting up the On-Star, Bluetooth and audio features. Dominick and Richard went above the call of duty in setting up the financing and getting me the best loan and interest rate. Overall I was very impressed with the treatment and experience. I took my son there a month later and he bought a Traverse. Thanks a lot for a job well done!! I have waited an hour and a half the several times I have used the dealership for my oil changes and did not go back because I have other reputable companies that can do it in 15-20 minutes. More
