I went into the dealership to trade in my trail blazer and I purchased a new impala. Not only was my trade in made easy as well as purchasing a new car, but the customer service was outstanding. Every que and I purchased a new impala. Not only was my trade in made easy as well as purchasing a new car, but the customer service was outstanding. Every question or concern I asked was answered with ease. I was waited on "hand and foot". I've leased and purchased from Palm Chev. a few times and will continue to give them my business as long as I purchase any vechile. I got a great deal on my trade and on the impala I purchased, so great in fact that I also leased a new malibu as well!!!!! This is a company that cares for their customers like they are their own family. I tell everyone thats interested in purchasing or leasing a vechile to go to palm chev. I have 2 children and the sales guys are great at keeping them occupied to free me up to take care of business. Who else does that? NOBODY!!!! Purchasing with palm chev. is fast and easy and thats why I love to do business with these guys. More
