Jonathan Rodriguez did a terrific job answering all our (many) questions and, together with J.D. Piatek and the sales manager, they got us a great lease deal. We got a very fair price for our trade-in (2015 Ram 3500 DRW) and were happy all around. The whole atmosphere in the dealership was calm and relaxed with no sales pressure at all. Everyone we worked with just tried to help us make the right choices for us. It was the total opposite from what we experienced at the Honda of Ocala dealer. Originally, we wanted to buy a CRV or Accord but after the high pressure and rude treatment we got at the Honda dealer, we were so happy to bring our business to the folks at Palm Chevrolet.
