Recently purchased a 2025 trailblazer first off while we were at the dealership really wasn’t sure what vehicle we were even buying. We test drove one a few a few days before. Apparently that’s the one we were buying because when they went to gas it up I mentioned that that’s not the vehicle I wanted. I wanted that silver one that was parked next to it. Finance sign papers. I was told that I didn’t have to purchase the one we have that I could get the silver one. Then the salesman brought into general manager and he offered $250 to go with the one that we have. Then we find out that your dealership tacked on , more interest to the loan so that they could get their commission. When I brought this up, I was told that I was wrong then I received the phone call from the Finance guy, I think his name Matthew. Was asked by him who was the person at the credit union that we were going to refinance the vehicle through name was. Apparently, the finance manager at your dealership was friends with one of the people at campus USA and was trying to get the person doing our loan fired. And all of this process, I was told that we could not refinance the loan for three months due to being a Florida law. So I refinance the vehicle with campus USA and that’s when I learned about dealerships adding onto the interest rates. Then we took the car to the dealership for warranty work. At which time we were told all of our complaints on the vehicle, we’re OK. The tire sensors give false readings when you wash the vehicle. The left light fills up with water. We were told it has bent holes and it supposed to do that. Then we were told that the loudness of the engine when you first start the vehicle is because the valve train has to catch up. I’m sorry, but I’ve been a mechanic for over 30 years and all they have told me is is not correct.
