Transaction is now done electronic on a pad in the finance office and is quickly explained unless you can read at lightning speed, you’ve been selected to buy additional services and not sure what you finance office and is quickly explained unless you can read at lightning speed, you’ve been selected to buy additional services and not sure what you just bought. We had to tell the finance manager go back what was that? and how much is that additionally? Unless you ask for a printed copy of what you signed it’s given to you on a USB. When he printed just the contract I said I also want the Gap info & the additional warranty. So he then printed that too and no folder to place docs in. He said I need the title of vehicle purchased and I when I came back to give to him he had a client and said give it to the sales rep of which the sales rep said ohh you give it to him. I said he said give it to you. This will be the last vehicle I buy from this dealer. I didn’t like be rushed in the contract area. He said one price for a warranty but then later on the printed copy it was several hundred of dollars more. He never showed the screen of pricing for us to select I just took his word for it, looking back at that transaction I was bambuzzled there. More
