I went to toyota. com & picked out my car & finance (lease) options. They then forwarded my order to my local dealership Palm Beach Toyota. My salesman Nick was amazing. The finance department was all ready with my paperwork. Didn't know it was owned by the Penske family, but that makes it even better as my dad would have been so happy about that (he was a huge NASCAR fan.) It was nice that there were a crowd of customers since I always feel awkward going to empty dealerships: I kind of feel like I'm being targeted. The whole process was fun & I love my new Rav4 😁 P.s. Penske doesn't require all the extra insurance that other dealerships do. That was a bonus. More

I have been going to this Toyota location for the past 5 1/2 years. They are very friendly and helpful. The sales associate who helped me was Ed Osborne. I was at this dealer for oil change a few months ago. But the reason why I'm writiing thsi review is that I finally took it to dealer for hub change and the charged me $164.95 for labor???? More
