My wife Tara is Deaf and of course very wary of dealership because of how confusing it can be, after all she really can’t here if the brakes squeak or anything like that. I on the other hand am very familiar with the car industry having work in it form 1992 till 2003. i must say that your staff was the utmost professionals, they truly let the car and the customer me sell themselves lol. That is the very best experience any customer can along with have understanding and patience from your staff it’s no wonder why we came running back after our first visit. Being informed customers we of course looked into the competition, the kia dealership and there new Sportage,, the Hyundai and the new Sonata, but let me tell u the way we treated at the Hyundai dealership was horrific, you know i told them i had sold cars for over ten years and even brought our credit from my work at the real estate office. So when we talk to a dealer we could talk number and cars not payment and money down. We will not be giving them and recommendations trust me, will tell anyone that will listen stay far away from them and go to west palm Toyota. We usually lease a car. We have decided to purchase. This dealer was our 5th stop and we wish we had gone there first! This has not been the case with the other 4 dealers we had already visited. All the other dealers had discussed figures and then the price would be way different at sales point. Joanne was very warm, helpful and got us the deal we wanted and fast. She also came in to complete the sale on her day off. At the other dealers we felt lots of pressure to sign even though we were not happy with the price. At Bev Smith they sent a total of three people to push their sales pitch and then the finance guy was even worse - even though we had called twice to confirm an agreed price on a vehicle - they did not stay true to their word. Joanne was amazing and everyone else that worked there -there did not seem a big push or pressure to buy unlike other dealers We will return here when we need to buy and never return to our local Toyota dealer More

These guys were great. I researched vehicals for several weeks. I came in multiple times, worked with them on the phone several times and found them to be patient, friendly, relaxed with no pressure whatsoe weeks. By the time I got to Toyota I had already been to three other dealerships, including Nissan, Kia, and Honda. Ged Dunn was the salesman that helped us pick out the car. He was so friendly and helped us in any way he knew how. He told us all the features of the two cars that I was interested in and also pointed out specific details of each car so that I could make a desison. When it was time to buy my new Toyota Corolla, Angel Lopez helped close the deal. He gave us a fair price and was extremely friendly throughout the process. I had to go back the next day to get my car detailed and pay for the car. Angel again helped me through the process always eager to help in any way he could. He is great at making a customer, like myself, feel welcome and that the decision on buying the car was a great one. These two gentlemen made this car buying process quick and easy. I would recommend anyone who is in need of a car to go to this dealership and deal with these great men. More

Making this our 6th Toyota, and our 5th Camry. We don’t believe all the negative news that Toyota was getting recently. There is nothing wrong with Toyota . We dealt with the above people in your dealership and was very pleased. On March 24,2010 we purchased our car from Barry and Joanne. Was extremely happy with them, they were very professional. Met with Rudy was very happy with the finance terms. Sheila gave us a loaner while our windows were tinted.. We intiallay brought our ‘03 Camry LE to be serviced. Chris introduced us to Barry.
