I set out Saturday afternoon to get estimates from a few car delealers and to see what was my best option of buying/leasing a new or used vehicle. I was greeted by Sales Consultant Selim Khan. Immediately we felt comfortable. We explained right away that my credit was not too good and so forth.Together Selim and Rudy Larriu made what appeard to be improable, possible. Selim has such a sincere and kind personality. He is really a people person. Rudy in my opinion is wise, professional and astute. These two guys are certainly assets to Palm Beach Toyota and I cannot sing their praises enough to my friends and family. Thank you guys. Sharon Cunningham More
When our son came home from school & said that his car was acting up we did what any parent would do, replace it with a reliable car, so we gave him my 1999 Toyota !!! Pierce / Vero Beach area to lease a new Toyota for me! We found every employee there to be very Friendly, Informative, Courteous, Patient & Knowledgeable. They made the “car buying/leasing experience” as easy & pleasurable as possible. You know how it can be so overwhelming & confusing; well they helped to make it less stressful & much easier. We were able to test drive a couple of different models & ask all the typical questions without feeling uncomfortable. And even though the only preference I had going into the deal was that it had to be Red & have a Sunroof I got a whole lot more with affordable monthly payments. We even spoke with the General Manager, Jeffrey Witham, who took the time to also give us friendly advice. Our salesman, Michael Grinley, did his job to perfection to locate just the right one; a 2011 Camry SE in Barcelona Red Metallic, Black leather interior, with a Moonroof & tinted windows, & much more. Oh I almost forgot, oil changes & tire rotation included and an added bonus we now have a TOYOGUARD Personal Assistant 24/7 for 3 years. Lior was extemely enthusiastic and very knowledgeable about the Toyota Prius. He took extra time to show me many of the features of the optional naviagation package which originally I did not plan on g about the Toyota Prius. i bought my dream car toyota camry...and the reason for rating all the options great is because first of all i visited at sooo many locations for the cars....and you guys had the best price and the best at rating all the options great is because first of all i visited at sooo many locations for the cars....and you guys had the best price and the best attitude of your sales man name salim khan ....he had all the answers of my questions...he was a very friendly guy and he gave me a reasonable price with a good attitude and best customer service comparing to other places i have visited...and one more thing i'd like to add is that i was not getting ignored .... i had all the attention of your emploees...and last but not the least that i am loving my car...wish to come to this location again sometime in the future when i would think of a new car!!!! Here's to say we had an amazing buying experience at Palm Beach Toyota, thanks to Mr. Osborne who was the sales person whom we worked with. We had a very specific car and price (Lexus RX330) which was offere Beach Toyota, thanks to Mr. Osborne who was the sales person whom we worked with. We had a very specific car and price (Lexus RX330) which was offered for sale at Palm Beach Dealership, as we are based in Wisconsin, we found the car through a web search and were skeptical to buy the car from Florida. But a simple inquiry call at the dealership, assured us that we called the right place. We reserved the car which was held for a week, and taken off the market. I had arranged to fly down, have the car tested at another dealership and if the car was clean, finalize the purchase and drive back home. Seemed far fetched but the whole process went smoothly thanks to Mr. Osborne who went over and above the normal call of duty for us…like meeting us at the designated station when I arrived from Wisconsin, arranging to go with me to a Lexus dealership where I had the car checked for mechanic reliability, getting all the paper work so I can be on my way back home in no time, and no price haggle or hidden charges, and attention to every detail to our needs and concerns was addressed in a professional manner. Such courteous and professional service is getting rare in this economic environment, and Mr. Osborne is a testament of simple, honest and kind dealing at a car dealership an asset to Palm Beach Toyota. My experience today was quite pleasant. I went in for my usual oil change and prior to that, I had gotten a letter in the mail regarding purchasing a new vehicle. I did not expect to leave with a new car, but everything went so smoothly right from the start. My service rep, Ed. who is always very friendly and accommodating, got me ready for my oil change and then made a call to one of their sales rep, Carcell, who advised me that I was under no pressure to trade in my car, but would help me to see if I qualified. In a matter of no time, we figured out what vehicle would best suit my needs/finances and I was shown a car on the lot. From there he worked the numbers and much to my surprise, I qualified for a brand new Corolla. From there, I went to see Rudy with finance and in no time was signing my agreement. Rudy was also very friendly and apologized for the slight inconvenience with their new system regarding getting me a new registration. I have never experienced such a friendly and speeding transaction when purchasing a car, never mind a brand new car. I would definitely recommend Toyota of Palm Beach to my friends and family. Thank you guys for such a pleasant experience with the purchase of my very first brand new car!!! More
Carcell is outstanding -- patient, caring, loves his Toyotas; went out of his way to offer help and answer questions. Felt pressured into buying extended service warranty at payment; no mention of thi Toyotas; went out of his way to offer help and answer questions. Felt pressured into buying extended service warranty at payment; no mention of this expensive and unnecessary "insurance" ever explained during sales talk. We let Manager and Customer Relations rep know about it in detail. This type of last minute sales tactic should NEVER be offered. Carcell always emailed or phoned with answers or info. Had difficulty reaching Customer Relations, Financial consultant who "sold" us the extended care policy as well as the manager. Finally reached them after waiting all day. Our "after" purchase research on the internet revealed that we DO NOT need this type of coverage and it is always available before the manufacturer's warranty runs out. Can also be bought less expensively through an outside source !! This was our second purchase of a Toyota at this dealer; the sales experience was truly no problem but the "sales pitch" for the extended warranty raised questions about dealer's customer concerns. We bought a Prius and in just a few days we are pleased with our choice after checking 5 other manufacturers. More
