This was the best car buying experience I have had. I was in search for a pre-owned corolla. I dealt with Joanne, an internet sales representative. I was very hesitant on going to this dealership because Palm Beach is far from where I live .I visited a couple of closer dealerships before but I couldn’t get straight and simple answers from the staff there. However I have no regrets in driving the distance to Palm Beach Toyota. Joanne was very polite, professional and treated us with respect. She did not rush us in any way and made me feel very comfortable with my decision. After the test drive and negotiations I decided to buy the car. Carlos who worked along with Joanne was also very good to us. You can buy a certified Toyota at any Toyota dealership but it’s the people who work at the dealerships that make the difference in customer service. It is very difficult nowadays to find good customer service in car dealerships but Joanne, Carlos and the others involved with our buying process are those who made that difference….. More
