My wife and I visited the Palm Beach Toyota dealership. We were welcomed by a funny and smiling Donald to asst us. We shared with him what we wanted to see and took us to the place to find it. The 4runner we wanted jumped out at us right away. We took it for a ride and started the process. Donald was on our side! He went and did all the paper work and didn't go back and forth, back and forth and back and forth. We talked about price, payment and there were some communication around what we wanted to do BUT NOTHING BIG or nothing like the drama you would see or hear during this process. The GM who I cannot remember his name is GREAT! We were just a few off on the price came over to me and said you are not leaving without this 4runner, even if we take a chunk off and lose a little. As a first time customer at this location he WOWed me! he was committed to getting this done to earn my business. It was the TOP of the line 4runner which means it was going to sell no matter what and he was all about making me and my wife happy! I was go back and see them again, again and again! THANK YOU to all who was involved for making this happen!! More

I met with 2 separate salesman the day before I bought my used Jeep from this dealership and we agreed Completely unethical and dishonest sales staff. I met with 2 separate salesman the day before I bought my used Jeep from this dealership and we agreed to terms on the vehicle. I told them I would be back the next day, because I was going to sell my old car at CARMAX so that I could use the extra money for a higher down payment. We shook hands on it and the next day I sold my car and took a taxi to buy my Jeep. When it came time to sign the paperwork, the finance manager added in a $1000 dealer fee without mentioning it. Let me be clear here, I specifically asked both salesman the day before if there were any hidden/dealer fees and they both said "no". The finance manager didn't mention it either, he just tried to slip it in without me noticing. After I caught the finance manager trying to add in a $1000 dealer fee, naturally I went to the Sales Manager and told him what happened expecting him to make the situation right. His response was "you are more than welcome to walk away from the deal, but I'm not waiving the $1000 dealer fee". If I hadn't already sold my car I would have just left the dealership. However they knew I was now in a bad situation because if I didn't buy the Jeep for an extra $1000, I would have no ride to work the next day. So, I chose paying an extra $1000 to avoid potentially losing my job. All because both their salesman lied to me. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP, THEY ARE LIARS!!!! More

At first i was not completely sold on the new model, but Jean Albert insisted i test drive it to see if i change my mind. I did not test drove that day, i went home and ponder over it before making a decision to get it. I went back the next day and Jean was very patient with me and assisted me in getting my transaction completed quickly. Thank you Jean! More

I went to Palm Beach Toyota upon the recommendation of a friend, looking for a "quality, cheap used care" for my 19-year old daughter. We had a budget and originally did not see anything within that budget friend, looking for a "quality, cheap used care" for my 19-year old daughter. We had a budget and originally did not see anything within that budget. I then met up with my friend who introduced me to Mr. Assroupe. I was thinking the salesman would hassle us to make a purchase outside of our budget; however, Mr. Assroupe instantly stated that he was not going to waste our time. We told him we would look one more time. Mr. Assroupe walked with us and then, we found something of interest. We did purchase the vehicle, and I was extremely satisfied with the honesty of the sales staff. From the salesman to the financial team, there were no gimmicks or tricks. I would definitely recommend this dealership to all of my family and friends. More

First off, the car we were interested in ( EB) had discrepancies in the description. The listing stated it had a gray exterior when in fact it was black. Same thing with the interior color listed as "other"...I actually wondered if it was a possible "bait and switch car".. Richi originally contacted me and when I responded, David appeared unannounced. I suppose I was not worth Richi`s time for an explanation. I emailed David about the tires and the paint since I wanted to know if the paint was original (considering it was a retail car) or i most likely would have avoided the trip..Upon arriving at the dealership, we pulled right up front and about 10 minutes later, found the car. We had to walk back down through the buildings but I found it surprising that nobody bothered to come out and talk to us..The building was empty...I found your office and was told you were out. Someone eventually helped us and after looking at the car, sure enough it was previously hit on the drivers side rear. The door and rear hatch/bumper had been repainted. You can clearly see dirt/fish eyes in the paint and some deep scratches that were just painted over. The car is from NY and the engine bay is a pig full of corrosion. David could have saved me the time if he would have told me the car was hit, clearly had previous body work and needs tires..Not very honest.....and why on earth would you retail this car rather than take it to the block and just dump it?....Even at a price of $13,500 its not worth retailing for that price but I thought it would be worth it to have my car looked at anyway..2004 Prius with Navigation and 93,000 miles.....The car is a decent car ( we just drove it from Pennsylvania) but your used car guy offered me $1500....Sir, I have never seen in my life such an ignorant, insulting offer in my life. The car was a previous theft recovery and I understand its not worth 7k to your wholesaler but $1500 is not just ignorant and insulting, it shows a total lack of experience in how you deal with people and put numbers on cars...Do you actually want to sell units!!!!???? He would have been safe at 4k and I still would have walked!.......but eventually i will sell my car for 7k retail like I have before...In todays day and age just about anyone can get to the auction and buy a car. If you decide to take that car and dump it at the block, I just may buy it for around $10,800 Sincerely, More
