Laurent, the salesperson who was very knowledgeable, first replied to my online enquiry with a video introducing himself and with a very nice offer for the vehicle I was interested in; we made an appointment and upon arriving he took time to answer all my questions and extremely pleasant. I felt comfortable and not pressured. Not only did I get an upgraded model but also he got us a very reasonable price. Of course I bought the car of my dreams. Laurent ensured I was pleased. Additionally Dan the business manager was very helpful and provided me with a price it was extremely reasonable and I could not refuse. Very personable, I saw him talking and getting involved with all the customers. He even called me the next day to make sure I was happy. The building is super modern and comfortable and they even have a barista who makes hot drinks to order. David the finance person worked very hard to get me a low interest loan. I am very very happy with my experience in with my new vehicle. I have been driving only Toyotas for more than 25 years and will continue to do so at Palm Beach Toyota. I could go on and on. Fast, Friendly, Great Service!!! I have been using the service center for 5 years. I have been working with Sherrmond Davis and I will not go anywhere else! His customer service skill I have been using the service center for 5 years. I have been working with Sherrmond Davis and I will not go anywhere else! His customer service skills are amazing! He has been a HUGE help. I always go for routine maintenance but he has pulled me out of a bind more then once. He looks up different pricing, warranties, parts and such and always gets me the best deal! He lets me know exactly what I need and what can wait until my next service appointment. He has NEVER been pushy or made me feel forced to buy something I might not need. I would HIGHLY recommend him for all of your service needs!! More

oil change Went in for a basic oil change, ended up having to get new tires. They did my oil change and forgot to put the new tires on. I had an appointment at 10:20 am finally got my car back at 1:58 pm. Thank god they were not busy. Also during time waiting two employees were arguing with each other, after several minutes they finally went outside, but argued right outside the main entrance. More

Oh they did! $400 later Raoul gave her the "business" alignment after 100 miles? And the usual bs that she didnt need This car has 29000 its an 08 needs nothing. They saw her coming, stay away!!!!!
