Great new dealership Contacted ED for an internet sale, dealt with a salesman, Jeremiah, the manager and finance guy. All good, fair price and easy transaction. I would go back. Last purchase was from Audi Ft. Lauderdale much better off buying a preowned luxury car from these guys. Actually an honest dealership, very hard to find. More

Service Department To whom it may concern, I usually do not take the time to write a review about a place but I’m extremely disappointed and upset about To whom it may concern, I usually do not take the time to write a review about a place but I’m extremely disappointed and upset about my experience that it was a must. My step-dad bought a brand-new Toyota Rav4 from this place and with only 400 it started giving him transmission issues. We took it to them and they did not find anything and said it was normal. After a couple weeks it got worse and the car stated shaking and moving when it was in neutral, also every time it is shifted to drive you could hear a loud noise. A video was taken as a proof of the problem. We took it back to the dealership and they said to come back in two days because they did not have a loaner to give him. We went again two days after and they still did not have a loaner for him, we still dropped off the car. A week has passed, and no one has called us about the status of the car or to even give him a loaner. Worst costumer service I have experienced, completely disappointed with the dealership and the experience. Worst service manager I have ever encountered. More
