Service appointment was with Mario for 10:AM. He was a ‘No Show’. Waited at his desk station for 15 min. before adjacent service Rep (Raul) asked me who we were waiting for and then informed us Mario was ‘No Show’. Waited at his desk station for 15 min. before adjacent service Rep (Raul) asked me who we were waiting for and then informed us Mario was not in today. Raul took over our service appointment and handled it in a professional and prompt manner. We were very pleased with the outcome, thanks to Raul, but very disappointed in the upfront service process. This is our 3rd ‘Routine’ Service appointment and the first (2) took 2.5 and 4 hours respectively. We waited both times about 2-30 minutes for Service Rep to be at their desk station, just to check us in. We were initially told they would take 1.5 hours. The 3rd appointment, thanks to Raul, only took 1 hour. More

I really enjoyed my time with Harrison my sales person. I wish that the financing component had gone a little better. It kind of dragged along and I was ready to get home.
