I took my 2009 Toyota venza there twice in a week, at first theY claimed that there was no problem with it but the next day the same problem the car just would not start but after 4 days in the shop they first theY claimed that there was no problem with it but the next day the same problem the car just would not start but after 4 days in the shop they claimed that it was the fuel pump and that cost $1500.36 have you ever heard anything like that? A fuel pump issue does not prevent a vehicle from starting first of all and also when you drive the car it's smooth you can drive up to 120MHP how is that fuel pump issue yet the wanted to charge me close to $400 for diagnosis, I ended up paying $315 still they would not make the car start I had to pay a tow company to take it to another shop which found the problem was different and laughed when I showed them the print out from Palm Beach Toyota and their $1500 fixing price. I hope you all fully aware of that scam, the advisors are good and do what they are told nothing against them but there is no competency at that place and I should've known better because I saw a similar review More
