Michael Grinley is an awesome salesman My husband and I stopped in this Toyota dealership to deliver paperwork for a refund for the service plan and Gap insurance for a Toyota that we previ My husband and I stopped in this Toyota dealership to deliver paperwork for a refund for the service plan and Gap insurance for a Toyota that we previously owned. We also asked to speak a salesman so that we could see the 2020 Rav4 Toyotas. Michael Grinley was a perfect salesman. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. This was the most pleasant car buying experience we have ever had in our 40 years of marriage. He took us to the Rav4 area of the parking lot and explained the choices of vehicles and their features. After we completed the paperwork for the sale, Michael explained the various features of our new vehicle and even showed us how to use the Sirius program. Michael is the best auto salesman we have ever had the pleasure of knowing. Also, your receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. More
