new dealership very nice. Easy and fast service. Claudius was the nicest sales guy not at all annoying like some sales people. He returned my old car 2 mazda. I am giving this a one star because it's required to have a star however if it was up to me this TOYOTA location would get -5 stars. I was called by Donald in the service department to schedule an appointmen a star however if it was up to me this TOYOTA location would get -5 stars. I was called by Donald in the service department to schedule an appointment for my 15,000 mile maintenance. He urged me to come in at 11:30am for an open spot. However, once I arrive there they ensured me the maintenance would only take thirty minutes and that there would be no need to get a "loner rental" car. So I patiently waited outside with my dog in the heat expecting for a quick turn over. An hour had passed and I was still waiting for an update so i went to check on what was happening. Mario my service representative informed me that they had not even had a chance to touch my truck. Between the unprofessional miscommunication, failure to provide prompt services and allowing customers to not be updated when things get backed up is utter a disappointment. Needless to say I missed my doctors appointment and finally got to leave the dealership at 3pm when I had arrived at 11:30am for a 30 minute service. So sad! Choose another dealership, the customer service is beyond poor! More
