He greeted us like an old friend, was polite, pleasant, empathetic and welcoming. It was because of Delton’s help that we bought a 2022 Toyota Rav4. He was happy and sincere and his inquiries about us won our respect and trust. He was very professional and very empathetic about us as he very patiently listened to us and helped us discern our options. He showed us several vehicles that he thought we might want to consider, a couple of them we had never considered before. He was very knowledgeable about all the cars he showed us. There were no high pressure tactics. Being with Delton was like being with a friend who was enjoying helping us to discover the vehicle that best suited our needs and desires. I am 81 years old and have bought a lot of cars in my lifetime. Delton was intelligent, very knowledgeable about us and the vehicles we looked at, and very caring and supportive of us in the process of selecting the RAV4 we purchased. When we sat down to discuss the lease, I felt like the process was very transparent and that they wanted me to feel good about the deal I walked out with. The manager, Andy, was always checking in, equally as thoughtful and informative. When Jeff arrived back at the dealership, he joined us, as well, and really cemented my opinion that the dealership was run collaboratively. It was really a disarming and enjoyable experience! We completed the financing smoothly with Luis, who quickly gave off the impression that he loves helping his customers. He was very conversational, again- very informative. Then at the end, Jeff stayed long after closing to ensure I was comfortable behind the wheel with the technology and features of the car before I drove it right off the property. If I could exceed 5 stars, I would. This location and this staff in particular knows how to sell cars and knows how to put the customer in the driver’s seat of the process.
