Horrible experience yesterday! I had an appointment for 12:30 to get a simple oil change. I got there at 12:25 and had to wait 10min for an advisor to come available. No problem so I had an appointment for 12:30 to get a simple oil change. I got there at 12:25 and had to wait 10min for an advisor to come available. No problem so far. He got me set up and asked if I would be waiting. I said yes and he told me I would be called when it’s ready. Cool, there are a lot of people here. I sit and wait patiently and noticed people that came in after me are disappearing. At 2:30ish I go back to Jose and ask when will you be done with my car. He says 30min. I didn’t know a few guys called out. My car is now ready and it’s 3:40pm. Three hrs for an oil change with an appointment. To add insult to injury, they “washed” my car. Still had oily handprints on the hood, door, and fender plus the plastic seat protector they use is halfway hanging off the seat and the service tag on the rear view mirror. Sad part, my roommate left and went to Winston Toyota the same time, an hr away, he bought out his lease and made it back home before me. I could’ve gotten better service at Jiffy Lube. More
Service Department is hit and miss. Brought them a service coupon that I printed OFF THEIR OWN WEBSITE and they would not apply it to my total. They said the car was washed - it wasn't. They didn't put a sticker on the windshield saying when next service is needed. The Service Person I worked with was not very friendly nor communicative. All in all it was a below average experience, albeit not TERRIBLE. Be that as it may, I'll go somewhere else next time. More

I am a Transgender woman as was consistently called sir, Mr, hoss, I tried to tell him my preferred pronouns to NO avail. He did not seek me out in the waiting area as promised and I had to go to his desk, where he yelled to me “my car was ready sir”. He did everything he could to make my visit there longer, not smoothly, he added my bill up and tried to charge me $857.xx for an $85.xx bill telling me it was “a mistake “ more wasting my time. He is a sadistic sad man and poor reflection on the dealership. I own two Toyotas, have owned six over the recent years. 411 Southern is not much further down the road and there is where I will spent my dollars. More
I went to this dealership to get an oil change on the recommendation of my friend who was also going at the same time. Since a Lexus is made by Toyota, I figured it would be no issue. Wrong! From the start, service advisor Mauricio Landa had a serious attitude with me. He didn't offer to get me a Lyft home as my friend had told me they did and they did automatically for her. Mauricio was so rude I went to my friend's service advisor and she called me a Lyft home since it was quoted 2 hours for an oil change. My friend told me about this coupon I could print out that gave you a synthetic oil change for basically $40. Since I had to go home and print it out, I didn't bring it up when I dropped off the car (since when is that a big deal anyhow - you dont' tell your waiter you have a coupon when you sit down at a restaurant). Erika Sattar was the woman service advisor who got the lyft ride home and she was very nice. When Mr. Personality Mauricio called to tell me about my vehicle he listed several addition "problems" and I told him no, I would prefer to go to Lexus. Upon return to pick up my car once again, showing his rudeness, Mauricio argued with me that a Lexus isn't a Toyota and I wasn't allowed to use the coupon. At this point, I've had it with his attitude. He wasn't polite at all from start to finish. I don't know if he is racist or misogynistic or what his problem is, but I've never been treated so badly in any dealership or repair shop ever in my entire life. He treated me as if he was doing me a favor to take my business. I asked to see the manager who actually wasn't much better, Felipe and I didn't get the last name. He had an attitude also. The best they could do was give me about $14 off. But listen ladies, go somewhere else... Unless you want to be treated badly by a dealership that thinks they are doing you a favor by taking your business. Lexus of Palm Beach is so pleasant and I will be returning to them for all my service needs. Palm Beach Toyota needs to learn how to treat paying customers. Go elsewhere unless you just want to overspend and get treated badly. More

I don't know if my experience was the customer service standard this dealership upholds, or an aberration,. Either way, you have a clear "training opportunity" on your hands. My car was returned to me after being serviced with the disposable steering wheel cover still on, the numbered tag still hanging from the rear view mirror, and clearly my car did not receive any courtesy exterior car wash, or interior vacuuming. My other cars serviced in Palm Beach County, ranged from Toyotas (serviced by KIA!), VW's, Lexus', Saab, and even a Buick, all of which always returned my cars cleaned inside and out, and all service debris carefully removed, including disposable floor mats and seat protectors. I've never requested, or even had these services offered me. They were just performed as a standard common courtesy, with no questions asked. Is that too much to ask for of Palm Beach Toyota? It's disappointing to think my car purchase is subsidizing this low a level of pride or excellence in the Toyota Brand. More
