My experience at Palm Beach Toyota was very positive. The sales person Adam Marks & the FinanceManager D. Weiner were very respectful, pleasant & resourceful. Marks escorted me around to see the vehicles available. He allowed me to test drive 2 vehicles so that I would assess which of the vehicles suited my needs. He also answered all of my questions & gave adequate recommendations. He explained the car’s features & the purchase process. Mr. Weiner was also very helpful in that he explained clearly the purchased paper work & gave specific explanations for the options that were available for me to add such as the Premier Protection , Flex Protect etc..He also listened to my concerns as to the monthly payment that I felt comfortable with. He explained the process of the vehicle trading as well as applying for the vehicle title. In addition the car that I had chosen was reserved for someone else. But luckily the next day Marks called & I was able to get the same model, but with leather seats & moon roof. The dealership environment is very positive, building is kept clean, the staff is friendly & respectful. Overall the process was stress free & pleasant. More
